It takes a bit of getting used to, the saddle itself seems HUGE. I recommend starting with a couple of hours per day then work up to full days, take a break by going back to a standard chair, then go back to the saddle and thats when you really notice how much better it is for your body.

Saddle chair is very comfortable and great for your posture.
Firstly, there are no tools needed. Everything just clicks together. Very convenient.
Secondly, I love the height options. I am about 187cm and some office chairs don't lift high enough to give me the position I want. This is great, going really high and making me feel like I am almost standing.
Finally, the comfortable saddle is a real pleasure to sit on. I wasn't sure about the saddle and split design at first but it is very comfy, much more so than my previous Ikea office chair. OK, It is day 1 and maybe I have rose coloured spectacles on but first impressions count!
