DESKY Return Policy

Whether your work happens at home or in the office we understand the importance of choosing the right desk to suit your workspace. To start, you’ve made the right choice by choosing the latest in height adjustable desk technology with DESKY!

We want you to love your DESKY.  We are confident that you will after putting it to the test, but if you find that you should have chosen a different desk, prefer a different desktop colour or size, a different chair or accessories for example, we can help organise an exchange. Similarly, we understand on rare occasions that our products may just not be the right fit for your needs and our return policy can also help.

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy so you can return any purchased item within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.  We can a provide store credit, refund or exchange for another product where the products being returned meet the following conditions:

  • You contact us to organise a return within 7 days from the delivery of your order;
  • The product presents ‘as new’ in appearance and shows no signs of use, wear and tear or damage. We cannot accept a return for items that are not in a sellable condition;
  • The product is packaged in its original, undamaged packaging with all product stickers, tickets and tags;
  • You are responsible for any freight charges to return a product to us;
  • The product being returned includes a copy of the order invoice/proof of purchase; and
  • The product is not a custom order or bulk order. We are unable to accept returns for custom order products or quantities of more than one desk. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to not accept returns for multiples of 3 or more of any other item.

 

All returns must be authorised by DESKY before sending any product back to us. Please contact one of our helpful Team Members via the Contact page or by sending an email to hello@desky.com.au directly.  We will provide returns instructions to start the return process.

Incorrect/Faulty/Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is faulty on arrival, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order or it does not match the product description we will help to get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
