Before you buy

Can I see a desk in person before buying?

Absolutely! A selection of our sit stand desks, gaming desks, chairs and accessories are available to view in our East Brisbane showroom. Open hours are by appointment only Monday to Friday so please contact us to organise a time that is convenient for you.

Can I order a custom size/colour desktop?

Yes, we can help create a desktop size, shape and colour to meet your requirements. Custom orders may vary in price from our standard size range of desktops and usually require a 7 business day lead time. How stable are your desks?
We are confident that our desks offer best in class stability. It is inevitable that ALL height adjustable desks will experience some small instability/wobble when raised above a seated height and this is simply due to manufacturing tolerances that create space between the extending parts of the legs. The real question is how well a desk is built to minimise this - we are confident that our desks will exceed your expectation for stability.

What is the difference between the DESKY Single and DESKY Dual Sit Stand desks?

Our two most popular desks! The DESKY Single Sit Stand desk frame is powered by a single electric motor that has an 80kg capacity and height range of 73-123cm, whereas the DESKY Dual Sit Stand desks frame is our premium desk frame powered by a dual motor system with 140kg capacity and best in class height range of 60-125cm.

Orders and Payment

What payment methods are accepted by DESKY?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, AfterPay and ZipPay. We also accept payment via bank transfer – please contact us via help@desky.com.au for bank transfer payments.
Will I receive an invoice and confirmation for my order?

All DESKY orders will receive an email order confirmation after the order has been processed. A copy of your invoice will be attached for your records.

Will I receive tracking information?
Your tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you have provided your mobile number. Once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information. This tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online!
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been processed?

We make every effort to process changes to a submitted order on request. However, we begin processing your order straight away and due to order volumes and courier collections throughout the day this involves a number of steps that may make changing your order not possible.


If you wish to change or cancel your order, please send an email as soon as possible after the order is placed to orders@desky.com.au and we will endeavour to do so. 


DESKY aims to ensure that we offer our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If you want to cancel your order or we are not able to make changes in time our customer service team can guide you through our easy Returns process.

I have submitted the wrong address for my order, what can I do?

We begin processing your order straight away but please contact our customer service team immediately if there is an error with your address. If we are unable to update your shipping address we can contact the courier to request a redirection

What are the Shipping charges from DESKY?

We offer an easy flat rate shipping structure based on type of products you are ordering. If multiple product types are ordered the higher of the flat rate shipping charges will apply.

How long does delivery take?

Our warehouse is based in Brisbane, Qld and orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm weekdays are processed and shipped the same day.

Can I track the progress of my order?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking information and an SMS if you have provided a mobile number. This tracking information will update as soon as your parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online!

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

We are only able to ship Monitor Arms and Small Accessories to PO Boxes. The larger shipping size of desks, chairs and larger accessories means that we can only ship these to residential or commercial addresses.

We are unable to accommodate custom delivery requests, such as calling in advance or on arrival, scheduling specific delivery dates and times, or leaving the package in a specific location. Such requests can only be accommodated if a customer organises freight collection and services themselves.

Can I provide authority to leave for my delivery?

You can select ‘authority to leave’ (ATL) in the checkout when placing an order. By doing so, our shipping carriers will leave the delivery at your unattended premises without requiring a signature to accept the delivery. DESKY, and its shipping carriers associated with the delivery of your parcel do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may result.

In certain instances, it may not be possible for a shipping carrier to leave a parcel with ATL instructions. For example where an address is in a secure building or complex and proper access to the address is not possible or there has not been sufficient instructions on where to leave the delivery.

What happens if my product is damaged in transit?

All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@desky.com.au directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.

I have not received my order, it appears to be late?

We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.

If your order is more than 2 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

Warranty, Refund & Return

My desk has stopped working, what should I do?

More likely than not, resetting the control box will do the trick. A rest is a simple process that takes less than a minute and will fix the majority of desk errors. Full desk reset instructions can be found in the instruction manual that came with your desk or online in the Specifications tab on the specific product page.

What does your warranty cover?

We provide a warranty on all the products we sell.

We offer an impressive 10 year warranty on our core range of DESKY Dual and DESKY L-Shape Sit Stand desks, Chairs, Stools and Monitor Arms. Please view our full Warranty Policy here for information on the warranty periods for all products and how to make a warranty claim.

During the warranty period we will repair or replace any parts necessary to correct defects in materials or workmanship and defects affecting the function or operation of your product.

I have received my desk but would like to exchange it for a different model/colour/size?

We want you to love your desk. We are confident that you will after putting it to the test, but if you find that you should have chosen a different desk, prefer a different desktop colour or size, or even a different chair or accessories for example, we can help organise an exchange. Similarly, we understand on rare occasions that our products may just not be the right fit for your needs. Our Return Policy is set up to help – please view our Return Policy here.

What do I do if I have a problem with a product?

We are confident in the quality of our products being of the highest standards but we understand that issues can arise with all products from time to time and we are here to help. How do I assemble my DESKY?

Every DESKY heights adjustable and fixed height desks comes with an easy to follow instruction manual and step by step assembly instructions. These can also be downloaded as an online resource in the Specification tab on each product page.

Please also watch the helpful assembly video for each desk. Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes for our two leg desks and all desktops we supply come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible.

Do I need a drill or tools?

You will need a Philips head screwdriver, but otherwise assembly of our desks are tool free. Each desk comes with any necessary tools to assembly the desk and our desktops come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick and easy as possible.

How long does it take to assemble?

Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes for our two leg desks and all desktops we supply come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible.
