Split Delivery Of Orders

Orders containing multiple parcels always ship together from our warehouse but may arrive separately due to how carriers process packages of varying sizes. Split-delivery parcels usually arrive within a few days of the first delivery and can be tracked using the links in your shipping-notification email. Desktops are most commonly affected due to their size.


Large Freight Order

Larger or bulk orders may require LTL pallet shipping, where items are best packed on a pallet to be able to ship together. In some cases, this may require additional pallet freight charges. If this applies to your order, one of our team members will contact you via email to explain the process and any extra charge so you can choose LTL pallet freight or regular parcel freight.

LTL pallet freight may add an extra day of processing time to your order. Our freight carrier will call to schedule a delivery window to your address. Pallet freight will be delivered to the curb only for residential addresses or receiving dock for business addresses. Disposal of pallets is the customer's responsibility.


Shipping Policy Notes

  • We ship all orders from our warehouse based in Brisbane, QLD.
  • Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent via email.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates from the dispatch date, based on business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Rural or remote areas may take longer or incur extra freight costs — our team will confirm before shipping.
  • If your order is more than 3 business days late, please contact us via our Shipping Form.

Freight Protection

We take care to ensure your order arrives safely, but in rare cases where damage occurs, our Freight Protection option provides a priority replacement if your product arrives damaged. You can add Freight Protection during checkout.

What does Freight Protection include?

  • Priority customer service — your claim will be prioritised for fast resolution.
  • Advanced shipping — we’ll send your replacement before receiving the damaged goods back.

How to make a Freight Protection claim?

  • Provide photo and/or video evidence of the damaged product within 3 business days of delivery.
  • Freight Protection applies to the product itself, not packaging.

Shipping FAQs

Can I track the progress of my order?

All orders receive email tracking details once shipped. Tracking updates go live as soon as your order’s first scan with the carrier is processed.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

If you need to update your order or address, please contact us as soon as possible via our Shipping Form. We’ll do our best to accommodate before it’s shipped.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Shipping to PO Boxes is available only for small items like monitor arms and accessories via Australia Post. Larger items such as desks and chairs must ship to a residential or business address.

Can I provide specific delivery instructions?

We’re unable to accommodate custom delivery requests like scheduled times or specific drop-off spots unless you arrange your own freight collection.

What happens if my product is damaged or lost in transit?

Every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please let us know via our Shipping Form within 2 business days and we’ll sort it out for you.

I haven’t received my order, and it appears late.

We know delays can be frustrating — thank you for your patience. Check your tracking link for updates or attempted deliveries. If your order is more than 3 business days late, reach out via our Shipping Form and we’ll follow up immediately.
