If you find you still need to return a product, all âas newâ condition products with their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or a refund. Â You just need to cover the shipping cost.
Initiate A Return
All returns must be authorised by Desky before sending any products back to us. To initiate a return, please submit your request using the returns request form. A member of our customer service team will review your submission and respond as soon as possible with the necessary return instructions.

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged on the way to you, is missing parts or you have simply received an incorrect item in your order we will get this sorted for you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Products
If you have received damaged products please notify Desky within 3 days of delivery with photo/video evidence of the damaged products. We will cover return shipping fees and costs and provide a replacement or refund.
Product FailuresÂ
Where a product suffers from a failure during its useable lifetime, the Desky Warranty Policy applies and we will provide a repair or replacement. We will cover any shipping fees and costs. Â
