I love this chair, the right amount of adjustment, the right amount of comfort, the right amount of quality .
The main issue I have with this product is not the product itself .
It is the instructions that are so limited that unless you put the product together every day you would struggle. A 30 min Job became a 2 hr marathon. The website had no video on how to put it together and instructions were a one page diagram with only one series of images. The email that came before it arrived gave me the video instructions of assembly for a desk. I didnt buy a desk I bought a chair. The construction and parts and bolts are all high grade . Even the Allen Key has a sturdy handle everything screaming worth the price. Only to be let down by limited instructions that are worse than IKEA . This turned excitement into relief that it was finished. This is an amazing chair it is just a shame that the experience was let down by something that could be fixed by a QR code on the instruction sheet and a short video on you tube filmed with an iPhone. Worth the price just prepare for some head scratching and have lunch first.
The Desky Pinnacle Executive Office Chair is an excellent ergonomic chair and, in my opinion, one of the best alternatives to the Haworth Fern Office Chair in this price range.
The overall build quality is impressive. The frame feels solid, the recline mechanism is smooth, and the chair provides very good ergonomic support for long working hours. The cushioning is comfortable and supportive without feeling overly soft, making it suitable for extended desk work. The back support and tilt mechanism are particularly well designed, and the chair feels stable even when reclining.
There are just a couple of areas where it could be improved. The armrests work well functionally, but the handles could have been better finished with an inner rubber seal to improve comfort and grip. Additionally, the seat cover material could be of slightly higher quality to better match the otherwise premium feel of the chair.
Aside from these minor points, everything else about the chair is excellent. Overall, it’s a very well-designed ergonomic chair and a strong value option for anyone considering higher-end chairs like the Fern.
Excellent produit de très bonne qualité, je recommande pour les personnes de grande taille. Il y a beaucoup d'ajustements possible, facile d'assemblage.
I've had my Pinnacle chair for about a month now, and I'm very pleased with its ease of assembly, quality materials, and wide range of features. The cherry on top is its contemporary design, which can complement any office space.
What drew me to purchase this chair was the combination of options, design, and price point. I was a bit skeptical at first, as there is very little information or discussion about it on Google or social media.
After taking it out of the packaging, I was really impressed with the sturdy build quality and materials. The seat foam is thick and very comfortable, and I’m interested to see how it holds up over the next several years of use. The back and headrest are also comfortable, although they are a bit firm for my taste. The headrest has foam as well, so I’m hoping it softens up with use.
My only real complaint is the armrests. They have a lot of points of adjustment, which is great in theory, but they slide around far too easily. Even a small amount of pressure when getting in or out of the chair, or even shifting around, can knock them out of position. It would be nice if there were a way to lock them in place, but unfortunately, that is not part of the design.
At this point, the armrests have become enough of a frustration that, despite being impressed with the chair overall, I would only recommend it with extreme caution.
Keeping it coming on the Quality.
Best chair I use for desk work in Architecture.
Best so far
Purchased this chair. Lots of adjustments that you can do to get it to fit you. Back is a little narrow so wont fit wider profile. But fit me well. I am 5ft8.
Had an issue with the shipping which got sort in just one call and correct item was sent quickly.
I see this chair as a budget Haworth Fern. Love it!
Chaise de grande qualité et des plus confortable. Cette chaise fait vraiment partie du décor avec son style moderne et raffiné.
Agréable expérience de magasinage chez DESKY. Personnel
attentionné et courtois. Je recommande sans hésitation.
I am 6'2" and around 240lbs so you can imagine the struggle of finding a chair with a sizeable seat and backrest that fits with good lumbar support...this seat checks all boxes and more at a reasonable price! Really comfortable chair for long hours and came within 1 day of shipping. It also looks very good at any desk setup. Please with the purchase and shoutout to the Desky customer support team for helping me with my little issue during delivery
I was in the market for a new office chair after my last one broke. My mate suggested Desky. After spending some time going trough their options I settled on the Pinnacle Executive. It was a breeze to put together. After having it now for over 2 weeks it is a very comfortable chair.
So far so good!
Loving the chair.
Only suggestion would be to add rollerblade type wheels.
