I bought this stool to get more use out of my sit-stand desk’s standing mode, since my comfy chair kept me sitting all day and its casters were leaving imprints on my new flooring tiles. With this stool, my desk now stays in standing position most of the time. I switch between standing, perching (with my feet on an earthing mat or footrest), or moving the stool aside to use my walking pad. The perching posture definitely engages my core more than regular sitting.
I chose this model because I’m 5'10" and needed the extra height not offered by alternatives, and it was on sale. My only disappointment is the limited tilt range—the center stem doesn’t angle much, unlike a true wobble stool. But I do like that it rotates and snaps back into place. The built-in handles are probably the most surprisingly useful feature, and the lift button / mechanism feels great.
It takes a few days to adjust, but it successfully keeps me from sitting too long, and as a bonus, I barely need to change my desk height anymore, reducing wear and tear.
I looked around to find the right stool for my set up. It had to blend in. Be stylish, very sturdy, yet understated. I found it with Desky. This stool was easy to assemble. Moves easily. Ergonomic. Exactly what I needed.

Sit-stand stool is great with the sit-stand desk. The stool is stable, comfortable, and the height is so easy to adjust. Glad I went for this option.
It says up to 33 inches or 31 inches. But that is for the back of the top edge of the seat. Not the seat height. So I had to return mine as I was specifically looking for a higher max height. Other wise it is good
Using this stool at a reception desk is a game changer. Allows us to rest our feet in a busy environment but then jump into action quickly when needed. Very well built. I was worried it would be wobbly but it is very sturdy and not tippy at all. Considering getting a second one.
This works perfectly for my requirement. Having issues with neck sitting at desk. This chair significantly improves posture.
