The Desky Heavy Duty Single monitor arm can be fitted to your desktop using the included desk clamp or by drilling a hole in the desktop and using the bolt-through mount to secure the arm directly to the desktop.
No, this monitor arm will not be suitable. Even if you have a VESA adapter for your iMac this monitor arm requires a monitor weight of between 11-20kgs.
Yes! Our Heavy Duty Single monitor arm can be used with any desk so long as the desktop thickness is between 10-50mm, using either the desk clamp or bolt through desk installation.
The base of the Heavy Duty Monitor Arm will not move if bolt-mounted to the desktop or if the clamp is tightened correctly. However, it is not possible to fix the position of the arms in place or stop movement around the joints of the arm if knocked. The monitor tilt adjustment can be tightened so that its positon will not change if accidentally knocked.
This arm is well built and has no problem holding my 49" ultrawide monitor
I have a very heavy 32 inch Samsung curved VA monitor which requires a strong and heavy weight lifting monitor arm to support it. i got a Single Monitor Arm for a 34inch ultra wide monitor, it hold firmly and it's easy to adjust in position.

Fantastic. Setup is way easier than I expected. It holds my 43” Dell monitor without issue. The only thing I noticed is if I turn the monitor around to face backward, I have to make sure the center of gravity is balanced on the front of the desk (i.e. the front of the monitor is behind the clamp on the desk, from the perspective of the person on the other side of the desk, if that makes sense). But still. So happy.
So pleased with this mount. I've been scared to mount my 38" Alienware monitor due to its weight. This mount feels super sturdy and I couldn't be happier with it. It's so heavy duty I may need help uninstalling it one day though! :)
I used this arm to mount my 42" tv to my desk. It was the only heavy duty monitor arm I could find. Does the trick but will require an adapter to mount the 300x300mm VESA of a tv. Instructions were small and not overly detailed but I got the tv mounted perfectly.
