Height - the ideal height for your monitor is when your eye level is just below the top of the screen. Tilting your head backward or forward can cause neck strain.
Distance - as a general rule, the length of your arm is roughly the distance you want between your eyes and the monitor. This will mean you do not have to crane your neck forward and will help to avoid neck and eye strain.

This product works great and turns smoothly. I have a 24 and 27 inch monitor and it holds them both with no problem and is sturdy.
I recently purchased the dual monitor pole for my gaming computer. I have a 27" and a 25" ultra wide. They fit perfectly and hold in place well. The mounting system is easy to use and the pole is nice and stable. Very Happy with my purchase.

Great price, easy to assemble and very sturdy. Definitely recommend
First ever mount, wasn’t expecting it to be a little heavy but it’s such good quality and soo affordable too. Love it, have had it for almost two weeks and I’m in love with it! I already have what I’m purchasing next in my cart! Definitely would recommend to a friend!
I am extremely happy about my purchase! Not only does it fit my 34” ultrawide but it also fits my 27” at the same time. The mount is extremely sturdy and has an excellent guide to follow, I was able to set it up in under an hour. I am definitely going to be looking back a Desky for any other battlestation accessories
Easy to install, and perfect for the two monitors ia have, even though both if my monitors have odd mounting location. This worked perfect for what I wanted.
Very Sturdy
Assembly was easy. Was missing one bolt for the bracket that held the monitor VESA mount. Had a quick chat with Amelia (customer support) and she sent the missing item the next day. Got the part in 2 days. Happy customer.
