Desky will drill your 80mm cable hole into the perfect spot, aligning over the cable channel. The cords should then be pushed through the hole, keeping everything tucked away and out of sight. This desk cable management solution features a clever shutter that closes to keep cables in place or entirely closed when not in use. It comes in black, white, grey, or beige to match your Desky frame finish or desktop color.
The Desky Cable Grommet Hole is made to align perfectly with the cable management channels and trays installed beneath your desk. This specific alignment ensures a smooth, vertical drop for your cables, making it effortless to manage all wires directly into the dedicated channel below. This integration maximizes the efficiency of your entire cable management system.

Our hardwood/softwood desktop range has a steel brace running through the centre (1500x750mm Only), so a centred location (B) will need to be offset left or right.

I was initially unsure about whether to get a grommet hole installed, and am now very glad that I did! It really helps to keep all the cables neatly gathered at the back and connected through to the cable tray beneath.
This is really necessary I think. The top of my desk is so much tidier than without it. I only got 1 in the middle but think that 1 of each side at the back would work even better. So glad I got it
I love having the cable hole and being able to choose the side I prefer. It lines up perfectly with the channel under to keeps all the cables tidy and out of the way.
It’s also handy bringing the cables up through the desk rather than through the back of the desk like normal!

The drawer holes aren’t pre-drilled, so installation takes a bit more effort — having them pre-cut would be a great improvement
It's quite heavy, which is great for stability, but not ideal for moving or assembling solo

I'm extremely happy with this desk. It’s stylish, strong, and functional — exactly what I needed. Just a couple of minor things to improve, but nothing that takes away from the overall experience. Highly recommended if you’re after quality and aesthetics!
Glad I added the 2x grommet holes to my set up. My whole intention was to have the best looking cable management with as little effort as possible.

The Desky Cable Grommet Hole was a must purchase for me. Desky drilled the grommet hole before sending out the desk, so everything was extremely easy and simple to setup! The possibilities of the desky cable bracket under my desk was enhanced exponentially by this elegant and minimal accessory!
