You cannot scan the QR from your camera app as there is no link established to the Desky app. Please ensure you are scanning the QR code within the Desky app. Check that your Bluetooth is on and working.
To use the Desky Bluetooth Controller with an Android or iOS device, it is important to have Google Assistant and Siri installed on your device. You can find instructions on how to install Google Assistant or iOS by referring to the links.
Once the assistants are setup on your operating device please follow the instructions within the Desky app or check out or instruction manual.
The one I received had the up button not constantly working. Fortunately, I had good support and they sent a replacement for free. This one works just fine. I actually like the timer, which I use as a reminder to change posture, but for a lot of other stuff (cooking timer, etc).
I have had a great experience, Since I bought a dual desky last year and I called for post sales services They offered me a free of charge new controler and display which have solved my problem
I went back to desky after purchasing a large L shaped desk in 2021. I was interested in upgrading to the new Bluetooth touch panel, and the customer service agent made the process super simple even explaining that if i provide my desk invoice number they would send a new controller. With fast shipping and great tracking to I would definitely recommend desky

I like this controller more than the default one that came with my desk. The buttons are bigger and very well lit. It is simple to use as well as the smartphone app. I thought that this controller would come with my desk when I bought it but no, I had to buy it separately.
Great new upgrade on the Desky Bluetooth controller
The experience of installing and using the controller has been very good. The controller was purchased as part of a dual desk table. I installed the controller without any hassles. The controller operates well and controls the desky as desired. The up and down function is very smooth as the desk moves to it new height setting.
The app also controls the desky very well. Enabling the app to modify the settings on the controller.
I had a problem with the controller. Desky diagnosed it over the phone and sent a replacement that day. I had it a couple of days later. All fixed. Great service.
Liked the customisable options for desks and also bought some accessories through the almost perfect range. Had issues with control unit not working but it was resolved quickly through customer service on their website (free replacement sent out). Assembly is straight forward with aid of videos and printed manuals
