Standing for work has many benefits for sure; but spending long periods standing can have its own drawbacks. And if you use a stool at work, you may be on your feet even more than most - making an anti fatigue mat an important addition to your workspace. Avoid fatigue and look after your feet with our custom-designed anti-fatigue standing mat.
Designed with a concave arc edge to fit seamlessly with any round based standing stool, so you can easily switch up your position. Made from anti-slip material on both sides, so it grips the floor easily, and gives you a grippy surface to stand on.
Soft PU foam will cushion your feet and keep you comfortable all day long, whilst encouraging movement and promoting blood flow. The bevelled edge design minimises trip hazards, with an 18 degree angle that will allow office chairs to roll over it with ease if you need to change it up.

The best thickness for an anti fatigue mat depends on the material used. Our PU foam mat is 19mm thick, to give the right balance between comfort and support.
The science behind anti fatigue mats is known as 'dynamic ergonomics'. The 'give' in the mat encourages tiny movements, which keep the leg muscles working, encouraging blood flow and boosting energy levels.
How long you should stand on the mat depends on you and your level of experience. If you're new to sit-stand work, start by trying 15 mins of each hour. If you're more experienced, you should be able to split your sit/stand time 50:50.
