High quality, easy to set up and looks very sleek! I'm fairly tall and wanted something that could give me more vertical height than most other mounts, and this delivered. I use my desk space between graphic design, music production and streaming, so it's useful to be able to move my screen around depending on what I'm up to.
Feels like a really well built arm and attn to detail compared to other under $100 arms. Def got the look of the fancier arms but in a much smaller profile. The silvery coating has a polished satin look and blends in well, not gaudy. As a designer, I am curious why it has a rough powder-coated surface which gives it kind of a pottery vibe, but I think this is to prevent scratches from showing up. It moves in all directions quite well though not as smoothly as the pricier competitors which is fine. I don't think this thing will hold up to a heavy monitor its really designed for lightwieght ones which is also fine in my case. They should include an additional rubber pad for the contact point with the desk as the little stickers don't have much grip.

I love this monitor arm. It was simple to install, and the support team was so helpful on chat (it turns out I didn't read the other side of the instructions). Would recommend to anyone.
Overall the item is quite good and fits my purposes. Just a couple of small things that could be improved. The instructions are a little unclear and dont explain what the tension adjustment actually does - I've tried both ways but couldnt feel a difference. The cap that goes over the spring adjustment also falls off quite easily. I would recommend the product overall as these were minor things.
